Returns
We accept returns only in the event of manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or if you received the wrong product. To request a return or exchange, please contact us at info@pragyamorganicfoods.com.
When submitting a return/exchange request, please provide the original purchase invoice along with at least two photographs of the product. We only accept returns/exchanges for items purchased directly from our website www.pragyamorganicfoods.com.
For products purchased from other websites or dealers, returns will be subject to the return policy of the respective website or dealer. Products must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery. Once we receive the returned item with the original packaging and documentation intact, we will promptly send a replacement.
Cancellation
- Before Shipping:
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it by contacting our customer support team at info@pragyamorganicfoods.com. - After Shipping:
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. For more information, please reach out to our customer support team at info@pragyamorganicfoods.com.
Please ensure that returned items are securely packaged. We cannot provide refunds for items damaged during return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. Cancellation and shipping charges may apply.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued for the price paid at the time of purchase. If you are returning only part of a multi-item order, you will receive a refund for the specific items being returned. Refunds for returns will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after we have verified the product’s condition.
Please note that you will need to provide a copy of the original invoice when requesting a return or exchange. Shipping cost refunds are only applicable for products with manufacturing defects.
